Custom commissions will vary on timing depending on the scope of the project. For most orders, you can expect a turnaround of 2-3 weeks, plus standard shipping (unless otherwise specified)

Yes! We will do our best to match your vision with our glazes. Due to the unpredictable nature of ceramic glazes, we cannot guarantee a perfect match, but we will do our best!
